Innotab Max Questions - Free Games - nixeqnx - 12-19-2014 Hi Everyone, I just bought my niece/nephew two innotab max's for Christmas. However, they are located in South Africa. we have loaded a bunch of movies (i can help people with that one as instructions for the Innotab 2 it's a slight variation but i did get it working) and bought about $100 worth of games. However, in South Africa my niece/nephew wont have Wifi access (at all ,probably ever) Is there any way to manually load games besides cartridges? I was more specifically looking for some of the flash games or HTML5 games that are free. Is there anyway to "save" them offline/to the SD card to be able to play them? I am a fairly technical person so i don't mind editing a .db file to add them manually. I was not able to find anything on the SD card (it doesn't automatically add anything like the Innotab 2s) and am unable to find that file on the system memory either. I think because it's pure Android it's slightly different. Also is there any way to sort "Videos" (in the My Album -> Videos) section alphabetically instead of by date? I added about 30 movies and they are out of order :-( Thanks in advance, ~Nick (Note: I am leaving for South Africa soon, but i can always pass instructions to my sister-in-law to follow instructions at a later date) RE: Innotab Max Questions - Free Games - Deak Phreak - 12-19-2014 Not much is known about the Innotab max at this point. I do not have one and neither does mick. I don't plan on getting one unless I can find one cheap online which most likely wont happen until at least next year. I had mostly mp4 movies, and a few avi's which i did convert using other tools/instructions found online. I don't have the laptop with the software handy, but can fetch the name if you need it. There are freeware ones available, but not sure of your tech savvyness. just let me know. To get movies onto the Innotab, I just placed my SD card into the adapter and then into my laptop. I created a folder called Movies (not necessary) in the root of the SD card. I then transferred the movies to the SD card. Pretty simple right? The hard part is how to access the movies. Instead of clicking the "Movies" button, you need to go to Gallery, then go to Videos. This is similar to the ones created with the onboard camera. There are other steps for the Innotab2 to get your own movie covers and have it come up in movies, but that did not work for me. My niece and nephew definitely loved them, and helped keep them quite during a 6+ hr car trip. Sorry for the delayed reply, i only got back from South Africa yesterday. Let me know if i can be of further assistance. RE: Innotab Max Questions - Free Games - keitakawada - 01-11-2015 Thank you very much for this tip! that's very simple ! when i go on Gallery i juste see picture my son has taken. I just find the movie item, thanks to you! Now i just have to convert video because it can't open AVI one...
