The second one wouldn't work because you are trying to connect to yourself.  It is possible the Platinum connects differently.  I do not have one to mess with.  You can try changing the IP of the lan adapter to something else.  192.168.0.x where x is anything from 2-255 and then try connecting to the IP you chose in filezilla.

same thing happened, "etimedout". i suppose the only thing i could do is try modifying a cart and attempt to gain shell access to it. im not too keen in that area but i suppose it would benefit more than just myself.
